Bryce Cloutier, a Maine native, is an artist and cook. Bryce started drawing and painting at a young age and eventually used his love of art to fuel his passion for cooking. After being in kitchens since the age of 16 and briefly attending the Culinary Institute of America, Bryce realized that the vigorous environment of Michelin-star cooking was not meant for him. He lost himself in the whirlwind of fast-paced kitchens and intense pressure.

After returning to Lewiston, Maine, Bryce used painting to ground himself back to whom he used to be. He soon realized that painting was his way of embodying his imagination. Day-to-day, he uses this creative freedom to express himself. After deciding not to go into the intense world of cooking, Bryce found that painting is his true passion.
